Singapore, 23 January 2015 – Furama RiverFront, the premier business hotel welcomes the year of the Goat in the month of February 2015 with festive menus and promotions on the Eve, 1st day and 2nd day of Chinese New Year at The Square @ Furama and Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant, and exquisite festive goodies offering a convenient option of a joyous reunion to be relished from the comforts of one’s home.
Executive Chef William Lum adds a new dish to the takeaway menu with the debut of Poached Ginseng Chicken, amongst other traditional favourites such as Roasted Duck with Danggui and Yu Sheng (available in 2 sizes). Guests may order the Festive Goodies Takeaway 3 days in advance by calling 6333 8898 ext 538 or email waterfall.riverfront@furama.com. Collection for these takeaway dishes will be at the Festive Counter at Waterfall Lounge (Lobby Level), from 11am to 9pm daily.
From 9 February to 5 March, feast on a wide spread of Chinese New Year delicacies – Pen Cai, Stewed Dried Oysters with Sea Cucumber, Drunken Chicken with Chinese Wine, Honey Pepper Pork Rib and more at the buffet lunch and dinner at The Square @ Furama. A 3 for 2 credit card promotion* on Chinese New Year Eve Night (18 February), Chinese Year 1st and 2nd Day (19 & 20 February) is available. In addition, reservations of 6 and above will receive a complimentary serving of Fortune Yam Dumpling.
