Executive Chef William Lum adds a new dish to the takeaway menu with the debut of Poached Ginseng Chicken, amongst other traditional favourites such as Roasted Duck with Danggui and Yu Sheng (available in 2 sizes). Collection for these takeaway dishes will be at the Festive Counter at Waterfall Lounge (Lobby Level), from 11am to 9pm daily.

From 9 February to 5 March, feast on a wide spread of Chinese New Year delicacies – Pen Cai, Stewed Dried Oysters with Sea Cucumber, Drunken Chicken with Chinese Wine, Honey Pepper Pork Rib and more at the buffet lunch and dinner at The Square @ Furama. A 3 for 2 credit card promotion* on Chinese New Year Eve Night (18 February), Chinese Year 1^st and 2^nd Day (19 & 20 February) is available. In addition, reservations of 6 and above will receive a complimentary serving of  Fortune Yam Dumpling.
