Terms & Conditions

Furama eVoucher is subject to the following terms & conditions:

  1. Vouchers are available for purchase to the public
  2. Vouchers are based on pre-payment, and not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen
  3. Upon payment confirmation, an online link to the purchased voucher will be sent via email to the provided email address. If the voucher is purchased as a gift, this link will be emailed to the intended recipient through the email address provided
  4. Furama hotels will not bear any responsibility if the email address provided is invalid
  5. A FURAMAfirst membership account is required to receive and redeem the voucher. The purchased voucher will be automatically credited into the recipient’s FURAMAfirst membership account for redemption
  6. In the event that the recipient does not have a FURAMAfirst membership account, an account (GOLD status) will be created for the recipient without any additional charges. Recipient will have to confirm by clicking on the link in (3) to proceed with the creation of a FURAMAfirst account. By confirming, recipient acknowledge that he / she accepts the terms and conditions relevant to the FURAMAfirst account included in the following link: https://furama.com/FURAMAfirst/terms
  7. Vouchers are redeemable for good and services of properties owned or managed by Furama hotels. Please refer to the terms & conditions of the respective voucher for information on the applicable properties
  8. Vouchers can only be redeemed during the stated Validity period
  9. All vouchers will include additional terms & conditions specific to the good and services included in the voucher. These terms & conditions will supercede all other conflicting provision unless stated otherwise in written form by Furama hotels
  10. Redemption of vouchers for hotel rooms & stays:
    1. To redeem vouchers for hotel rooms & stays, visit www.furama.com and log in to your FURAMAfirst account
    2. Select the City or Hotel, and enter the dates you are enquiring on
    3. Voucher will be available for selection if the selected dates are applicable for the voucher redemption
    4. All vouchers for hotel rooms & stays are subject to black out dates at the hotel’s discretion
  11. Redemption of vouchers for dining and spa services:
    1. Confirm the validity period of the voucher to ensure that the dates are applicable
    2. Our staff will need to scan a QR code included in your voucher
    3. QR code can be retrieved by logging in to your FURAMAfirst account via FURAMA mobile app or www.furama.com
    4. Go to My eVouchers and select the voucher to redeem
  12. Vouchers can be transferable to another individual via website www.furama.com/furamafirst or FURAMA mobile app. Please login in to your FURAMAfirst account to do the transfer.
  13. Voucher cannot be exchanged between hotels or restaurants
  14. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
  15. The entire value of the voucher can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount will be forfeited. If the total transaction at the point of redemption exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount will be made payable to the user
  16. Vouchers cannot be used for marketing, advertising and incentive purposes without prior written permission from Furama hotels. To find out how you can collaborate with us with the vouchers, please email emktg@furama.com
