1. How do I purchase a voucher? Less
Our vouchers can now be purchased online on https://www.furama.com/egifts/. Browse through our egift shops to select a voucher – from food & dining to play time at Singapore’s largest indoor playground, Waka Waka.
2. Do I need to be a FURAMAfirst member to purchase a voucher? Less
No, you do not need to be a FURAMAfirst member to purchase a voucher. Our vouchers are available to the public for purchase (and gifting!).
3. Are the vouchers physical voucher? Less
To make it more convenient for our guests and users, all of the vouchers on https://www.furama.com/egifts/ are digital vouchers! You will no longer have to worry about searching high and low for a physical voucher!
4. Can I transfer my voucher to someone else? Less
Absolutely! You are able to transfer the purchased voucher to someone else by logging in to your FURAMAfirst account (under My EVouchers). Simply select the voucher and enter the email address to make the transfer.
5. Can I buy the voucher as a gift to someone? Less
We love that you will share the joy of egifting! You can gift any of our vouchers on https://www.furama.com/egifts/. To gift the voucher, check the option ‘GIFT TO FRIEND’ when you are carting out your purchase, and share with us the receiver’s email address. Craft a message to go with the gift, and we will take it from there!
6. How do I receive the voucher? Less
Upon payment confirmation, we will send you an email with a link to the voucher. The voucher will be credited into your FURAMAfirst account to make it easier for you to locate and redeem your voucher!
7. Why do I need to be a FURAMAfirst member to receive and redeem the voucher? Less
Purchased vouchers will be credited automatically into the receiver’s FURAMAfirst account – making it a lot easier and convenient to locate, and redeem the vouchers at Furama hotels and its restaurants. 8. How do I sign up to be a FURAMAfirst member to receive my voucher? Less
We will do it for you! If you have received a voucher, and you are not a FURAMAfirst member, we will send you a link via email. Simply click on the link to confirm that you would like be a FURAMAfirst member. We will create a FURAMAfirst account (GOLD status) for you with the voucher credited into your account. An email will be sent to you to set a password for your FURAMAfirst account.
9. I’m buying a voucher as a gift to someone, but I am not sure if the receiver is a FURAMAfirst member. Less
That is ok! If the receiver is not a FURAMAfirst member, we will ask him/her to confirm if we can proceed to create a FURAMAfirst account to credit the voucher into that account. We will send an email with instructions on how he/she can receive and redeem the gift.
10. After buying a voucher for a hotel’s room stay, can I change the hotel to a different FURAMA hotel? Less
You will not be able to do that. Once purchased, a voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Trust us to make your stay at Furama hotels a wonderful experience!
11. Can I use multiple vouchers in one transaction? Less
Our vouchers are as unique as our guests! Each voucher will have their own terms and conditions, please do refer to these terms and conditions to find out if you could use multiple vouchers in a single transaction.
12. I made a booking for a hotel stay, but I just remember I have a voucher! Can I use my voucher instead? Less
Our vouchers cannot be used for past transactions.
13. I receive a voucher as a gift. Can I exchange it for cash or change the hotel property? Less
You will not be able to exchange the voucher for cash or change the restaurant/hotel included in the voucher. We hope you would give us a chance to make it a great experience when you are redeeming the voucher! Alternatively, you may transfer the voucher to someone else.
14. Help! I did not receive any email with instructions on how to receive my voucher! Less

15. What other perks am I entitled to now that I am FURAMAfirst member? Less

16. Can I receive and redeem my voucher without being a FURAMAfirst member? Less
You can only receive and redeem the voucher as a FURAMAfirst member. The account is complimentary with perks to elevate your next stay with us.
17. I just purchased a voucher but I entered the wrong email address! How do I receive my voucher now? Less
Let us help you! Please provide the purchase details via our feedback form. Select “Redemption Enquiries” as the subject and we'll look into it!
18. How do I check for the voucher’s expiry date? Less
Simply log in to your FURAMAfirst account and go to My Evouchers. Select the voucher to find out more about its validity period, as well as its terms and conditions.
19. Can I buy more than 1 voucher at one time? Less
Sure! Unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the voucher, you will be able to buy multiple vouchers at one time. All of the vouchers will be credited into your FURAMAfirst account to make it easier for you to receive, track and redeem!
20. How do I use the voucher? Less
To use a Room voucher, simply log in to your FURAMAfirst account at furama.com website and check availability for your hotel. If the voucher is applicable for your chosen date, it will show up on the results page. The voucher is only redeemable via the website. Mobile app redemption for room bookings is coming soon!
For all other vouchers, simply log in to your FURAMAfirst account at FURAMAfirst website or mobile app. Look for the voucher in your eVoucher wallet. Click on "More Details". Present the QR code to our staff to use the voucher when you make your order or purchase.
