Buying A Work From Hotel Pass

1. How do I purchase a Work From Hotel pass? 

Our Work From Hotel passes are available from SGD 28 for Daily Passes. These passes will only be available for sale on our eGift website. Please note that our Work From Hotel passes will no longer be available for walk in purchase at our Hotel.

 

2. Can I buy multiple Work From Hotel passes?

Yes, you can. Please note that our Daily Passes have a validity date of 1 month. 

 

3. Can I gift a friend or transfer the passes to a friend?

Sharing is caring! We encourage you to share the joy of working from a hotel with your colleagues and friends. To gift a friend directly via our eGift website, please select the Gift A Friend box and enter your friend’s email address and name when checking out the vouchers. An email will be sent to your friend with instructions on how to redeem the voucher. Your friend will need to be a FURAMAfirst member using the same email address you’ve entered in order to receive the voucher.

 

4. I entered the wrong email address when I bought the voucher. How can I receive my voucher now?

Please drop an email to emktg@furama.com with the details of the purchase, and the correct email address. Do give us up to 3 working days to correct the error. 

 

5. Do I need to be a FURAMAfirst member to purchase a Work From Hotel pass?

No, you do not need to be a FURAMAfirst to purchase a pass. However, you will need to be a member in order to redeem the pass. Membership is free with tons of privileges for our rooms across various Furama hotels! To find out more about FURAMAfirst, please click here.

 

6. I did not receive any confirmation email on my Work From Hotel purchase. How do I find out if the transaction is successful?

Did our emails get lost in transit? Do check your SPAM or JUNK. If you are unable to locate the confirmation email, please drop an email to emktg@furama.com. Do give us up to 3 working days to get back to you on this issue. 

 

Receiving Vouchers

7. How do I receive my Work From Hotel pass?

Your Work From Hotel pass will be credited into your FURAMAfirst account. Please use the same email address as your FURAMAfirst account when you’re making the purchase on our eGift website. If you are not a FURAMAfirst member, you may sign up using the same email address via https://furama.com/furamafirst . To view the pass, click the dropdown arrow next to your profile and select My eVouchers.

 

8. I signed up to be a FURAMAfirst member but I did not receive any confirmation of my membership. How do I get help? 

Please drop us an email to emktg@furama.com and we will get back to you within 3 working days. 

 

9. I did not receive my Work From Hotel pass. How do I get help?

Please use the same email address in your FURAMAfirst account to purchase the voucher. If you are still unable to receive your pass, please drop an email to emktg@furama.com with your FURAMAfirst ID and email address. Do give us up to 3 working days to get back to you. 

 

10. How do I transfer my voucher?

Please login to your FURAMAfirst account and select “My eVouchers” under “My Profile”. Select the pass to be transferred and click “Transfer To A Friend”. Please note that your friend will need a FURAMAfirst account to receive the pass. You will have to make the transfer to the same email address he or she is using in their FURAMAfirst account.

 

11. I transfer the voucher to a friend but he did not receive it. How do I get help?

Please note that your friend will need a FURAMAfirst account to receive the pass. You will need to make the transfer to the same email address he or she is using in their FURAMAfirst account. If they are still unable to receive the pass, please drop an email to emktg@furama.com with the buyer’s FURAMAfirst ID, voucher ID and receiver’s email address. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

 

12. I entered the wrong email address when I’m transferring my voucher to a friend. How do I correct this?

Please drop an email to emktg@furama.com with your FURAMAfirst ID, voucher ID and receiver’s email address. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

 

How to redeem

13. How do I redeem my Work From Hotel pass?

To redeem your pass, please visit Furama City Centre (Level 2). Login to your FURAMAfirst account and allow our staff to scan the QR code linked to your pass (go to “My eVouchers” under “My Profile”).  

 

14. Do I need to be a FURAMAfirst member to redeem my pass?

Yes, you will need to be a member to redeem your pass. Membership is free with tons of privileges for our rooms across various Furama hotels! To find out more about FURAMAfirst, please click here

 

15. I made a reservation to redeem my Work From Hotel pass – but now, I’m unable to make it. How do I cancel my reservation? Can I get a refund of the $5 reservation fee?

Reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable. No shows on reservations will result in a full forfeiture of the reservation fee. To make another reservation, please click here

 

Perks

16. I’ve bought the Work From Hotel passes before the new packages were released. Am I still entitled to my privileges? Can I make a reservation using my purchased passes?

Yes, you are! Prior to the release of the new passes, all of our vouchers are valid for redemption for 1 month. Do remember to come by our Hotel to enjoy your perks. 

 

17. Where can I work in the hotel?

You can work at Furama City Centre (Level 2), which is comfortably furnished for an excellent co-working experience.  

 

18. Is Furama City Centre (Level 2) available for me to work 24/7?

The co-working space is open 7 days a week, from 9am till 8pm.

 

19. If I don’t make a prior reservation, how early should I come so I can still get a seat? Can I come earlier at 8.30am?

Yes you can. However, food and beverages will only be served from 9am. 

 

20. How long is the duration for the free flow coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks? Can my guests be entitled to this benefit too?

It’s free flow until 8pm. Each Work From Hotel pass entitles one guest to benefit too! You can order through our staff, or through link provided in your welcome message! 

 

21. How do I redeem my perks in my Work From Hotel pass?

Upon your arrival, our staff will guide you to a welcome message accessed via a QR code. All of your perks including how you could receive them will be included in this message. 

 

22. Can I order my lunch earlier?

Yes, you can! Do order your meals early through our chatbot in your welcome message to prevent long waiting time during peak hours.

 

23. How do I use my SGD 10/SGD 15/SGD 250 dining credits?

Simply flash your pass to our staff before being seated at any of our outlets, and inform our staff that you’d like to utilise your credit! We’ll take care of the rest.

 

24. How does my 10%/20% discount work?

The discount is off total bill, at our Tiffany Café and Restaurant. This discount is also applicable to your dining credits, which means your dining credits get more mileage! Do note that the discount is only applicable for regular price items and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. 

 

25. How do I check how much dining credits I have left?

Approach any of our ambassadors, share with them your name and your Work From Hotel Pass, and they’ll share with you how much dining credit you have left!

 

26. Is there a limit to how many pages I can print?

Daily Pass holders are able to print a maximum of 30 pages (black and white) for free during the date of redemption. For colour options or advanced printing requirements, please approach our ambassadors!

 

27. My documents are confidential. Can I print them myself?

Yes! Simply follow the instructions here included in your welcome message upon your arrival at our hotel.

 

28. Can I get cash back for dining credits that are unutilized?

Unfortunately, dining credits must be utilized at our restaurant outlet, and no cash back will be given for unutilized dining credits.

 

29. When do my dining credits expire?

Your dining credits must be utilized before your Work From Hotel pass expires!

 

30. Can I combine my dining credits with my friend if we both have Work From Hotel Passes?

Yes, please inform our ambassadors, and they will take care of the rest.

 

31. How do I store items?

This is applicable only for Work From Hotel Monthly Pass holders. Simply approach our ambassador and pass the desired item to them, and share with your name and FURAMAfirst account number (located within your FURAMAfirst app). To retrieve the item, provide our ambassador with the same information, and inform them that you would like to retrieve the item.

 

32. How do I arrange for posting of mail?

Simply approach our ambassador and pass the desired mail to them, and share your name and FURAMAfirst account number (located within your FURAMAfirst app). Stamps are complimentary. We’ll take care of the rest and ensure your mail gets posted within the same day!

 

33. What about courier services?

Let our friendly ambassador handle arranging of couriers. Pass the package that needs to be delivered to our ambassadors, let us know the address of delivery, and we’ll handle the rest. Do note however, the courier charges aren’t covered by your Work From Hotel passes. Charges are applicable for courier services. 

 

34. Are children allowed in the co-working space?

Yes, however we are committed to maintaining a conducive work environment, therefore we kindly request for kids to refrain from running around or making noise out of consideration for other Work From Hotel pass holders. Our ambassadors reserve the right to request any guests whose children are disruptive to find an alternative space in the hotel.

 

35. Do my guests get complimentary parking?

Only the Work From Hotel pass holders are entitled to complimentary parking. Please approach our staff and show them your pass to receive your parking coupon!

 

36. How do I book a meeting room?

Simply approach any of our ambassadors and share with them your required timing. Do note however, that meeting rooms are subject to availability. We urged you to inform us 3 hours in advance from your scheduled meeting. The first hour is complimentary, after which, charges from $50 will be applied for the room and the presentation equipment. Back to back reservations of complimentary meetings rooms are also subject to management’s approval, as our ambassadors require time to sanitise the meeting rooms after meetings. 37. Can I redeem multiple Work From Hotel Daily Passes in one day?

Only one Work From Hotel Daily Pass can be redeemed per day for each FURAMAfirst member.

  1. Work From Hotel passes are non-refundable and applicable for 1 pax.
  2. Passes can be transferred to another FURAMAfirst account.
  3. Voucher validity period for redemption: Daily and Monthly Passes are valid for 1 month.
  4. A FURAMAfirst membership is required to enjoy the benefits of a Work From Hotel pass. Membership is free. Please click here to find out more about FURAMAfirst.
  5. To redeem the Work From Hotel pass, please show the QR code linked to the pass to our staff. This QR code is located under My eVouchers within our Furama Hotels app or FURAMAfirst website.
  6. Reservations to utilise Work From Hotel passes can be made at a nominal fee of $5. Reservations can be made by clicking here.
  7. Reservations are not mandatory. Reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-refundable. No shows on confirmed reservations will result in a full forfeiture of the $5 reservation fee.
  8. Only one Work From Hotel Daily Pass can be redeemed per day for each FURAMAfirst member.
  9. Dining credits must be utilized within the Pass duration (1 day for Daily Pass and 1 month for Monthly Pass), or be deemed null and void.
  10. Dining credits can be used in any food and beverage outlets within the hotel – Tiffany Café and Restaurant.
  11. Free flow of coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks is only applicable for the Daily and Monthly pass holder and 1 guest during the validity of the pass. Last order at 10pm. Please consume your beverage before ordering another.
  12. Dining discounts cannot be applied to any other promotional rates or discounts.
  13. Pass holders of the Work From Hotel Monthly packages launched from 28 September 2020, are entitled to a 20% off total bill for food delivery and takeaway services via food.furama.com – applicable for both Furama RiverFront and Furama City Centre. This promotion is applicable for multiple redemptions with a minimum order of $100.
  14. Pass holders of the Work From Hotel Daily packages launched from 28 September 2020, are entitled to a 12% off total bill for food delivery and takeaway services via food.furama.com – applicable for both Furama RiverFront and Furama City Centre. This promotion is applicable for multiple redemptions with a minimum order of $80.
  15. Access to meeting spaces with presentation equipment will be made available upon request, and subject to availability and management’s approval. This access is complimentary for the first hour. Charges from $50 onwards are applicable for subsequent duration. Requests for meeting spaces should be made at least three hours in advance of the desired meeting time.
  16. Booking will be confirmed at the earliest of 2 days prior to the meeting date.
  17. Usage of meeting room is for 1 hour only.
  18. Extension of meeting room beyond 1 hour is subject to availability at $50 per hour.
  19. Room usage is for 1 pass holder and 1 guest.
  20. No stacking of complimentary meeting room perks across multiple Work From Hotel passes.
  21. Pass holders of the Work From Hotel Daily packages launched from 28 September 2020 are entitled to 1 Waka Waka weekday admission voucher for Daily Pass, and 7 times Waka Waka weekday admission vouchers for Monthly Pass. Each voucher entitles one child and one adult free admission to Waka Waka. Admission is only applicable for weekday visits, excluding public holiday, eve of public holiday and school holidays. Additional child is chargeable at full price made payable at Waka Waka. Please pre-book your slot with Waka Waka online here.
  22. Parking coupon will only be issued to the pass holder. Daily Pass holders are entitled to 1 parking coupon on the date of redemption. Monthly Pass holders are entitled to 1 parking coupon per day during the validity of the voucher. This is non-accumulative.
  23. Printing is limited to 30 (black and white) pages for Work From Hotel Daily Pass holders, and 300 (black and white) pages for Work From Hotel Monthly Pass holders. This benefit must be utilized within the package period or be deemed null and void.
  24. Management reserves the right to reject any items for storage. Management reserves the right to inspect and reject any items that cannot be properly and safely stored. Management will not be held liable in the event of lost or damaged items. Items in storage must be reclaimed at most 14 days after expiry of the package, any uncollected items will be disposed of thereafter.
  25. Management reserves the right to reject any requests of postage of mail, and will not be held liable in the event of lost or damaged mail.
  26. Management reserves the right to right to request any guests whose children are disruptive to other Work From Hotel pass holders to find an alternative space in the hotel.
  27. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any Work From Hotel pass holders if capacity is met within the hotel.
  28. Furama hotels reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
