A: There are 14 categories of rooms: Superior King Room, Superior Twin Room, Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Twin Room, Accessible Queen Room, Premier King Room, Premier Plus King Room, Superior Family Room, Deluxe Family Room, Premier Family Room, Deluxe Suite, Premier Suite Executive Suite, Family Suite.
- Our Superior King Rooms and Superior Twin Rooms, located on levels 1 and 2, span 25 sq m and are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Each room features cozy carpeted flooring and includes a working desk. The King Room comes with a Walk-in shower bathroom, and the Twin Room is equipped with both a bathtub and shower, catering to your preferences.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
A: Room rates are based on per room.
Does my room reservation require any prepayment?
A: Yes, all online bookings require a prepayment upon booking.
Can I use my friend's credit card to make a reservation?
A: Our payment gateway requires a One-Time-Password (OTP) from the credit card holder. You may use a friend's credit card to make a reservation as long as they choose to share this OTP with you.
Can I use Debit Card for room payment and making reservations?
A: Yes, as long as your debit card's issuing bank is able to send you a One-time-Password (OTP) for verification purposes.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: If you booked through the hotel website, the terms and conditions on the booking confirmation apply. You may cancel the booking via the hotel website, unless the package booked is prepaid or non-refundable. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make your cancellation via your booking source.
Can I amend my reservations? Is there any penalty fee?
A: If you booked through the hotel website, you may make your amendment requests by emailing us, subjected to the terms & conditions specified on the booking confirmation. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make your amendment requests via your booking source.
How many people can stay in one room?
A: It depends on the room category. Most rooms can only accommodate 2 adults. However, Deluxe King/Twin, Premier King Room, Deluxe Suite, Premier Suite, Executive Suite rooms can accommodate 2 adults, or 3 with an extra bed. Family rooms can accommodate up to 4 adults.
How much is an extra bed per night?
A: Extra bed is charged at $60 AUD or $80 AUD with breakfast.
I have 2 kids, aged 6 and 14. Do I need to get an extra bed?
A: Up to 1 child below 12 years of age may stay for free using existing bedding in the Deluxe King/Twin, Premier King Room, Deluxe Suite, Premier Suite and Executive Suite rooms. If required, an Extra bed can be purchased for these rooms and is charged the same rate as an adult.
I have a reservation under my name, can my friend check-in for me?
A: Yes, however you are required to inform the hotel in writing of your friend's name before check-in.
Can I pay for my room in a different currency?
A: No, hotel transactions are all in Australian Dollars.
Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Does the online rate include breakfast?
A: No, unless it is included on selected listing
Are the prices shown on the web before or after discount?
A: The rates shown on the hotel website are after a discount. There are no hidden charges and booking fees when rates are booked via our official website.
Is it possible to check-in earlier? If so, what are the charges?
A: If arrival is before 1000hrs, it is advisable to pre-book the room a day earlier. If check-in is after 1000hrs and before 1500hrs, early check-in is still subject to availability, on a request basis with no additional charge. If you book directly via our official website, you may select the optional add-on of early check-in at 11am at a discounted rate. Do note that this is only applicable at the time of booking.
Can I have a late check-out? If so, what are the charges?
A: For late check-out before 6pm, rates are charged at a half day rate, for check-out after 6pm, full day rates apply. If you book directly via our official website, you may select the optional add-on of late check-out at 5pm at a discounted rate. Do note that this is only applicable at the time of booking.
Do you offer a room rate for short stays (day use)?

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
A: We have twin (2 singles bed), triple (king bed with a rollaway bed) and family (2 queen beds) rooms.
Are King beds available in the rooms?
A: King beds are available in each room type as indicated.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A: Yes, our Premier Plus Rooms, Superior Family Rooms, Premier Family Rooms, Premier Suite and Executive Suite all feature bathrooms equipped with bathtubs.
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
A: Yes.
Do you have smoking rooms?
A: No, all rooms are non-smoking.
Are safety deposit boxes available at the hotel?
A: There are in-room safe box in all guest rooms.

How much is breakfast?

How do I get to the hotel from the nearest MRT station?
A: From Central Station it's an 8-minute walk covering 550 metres. Start by heading west on Barlow St towards Parker St, then turn right onto George St. Next, turn left onto Hay St, and finally, make a slight right onto Harbour St.
From Town Hall Station, it's a 10-minute, 750-metres walk. Head south on George St towards Bathurst St, slight left to stay on George St, turn right onto Goulburn St, left onto Dixon St, right onto Factory St, and finally left onto Harbour St.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A: Taxi or train will be the best option.

What are the charges for parking?
A: Furama Darling Harbour offers self-parking for guests at the One Dixon Car Park (28 Harbour Street). The discounted rate for parking is $40.00 per night, and it allows multiple entries until 2 pm on the day of check-out. Remember to provide your car registration number to the Reception team for discount validation.
What is the best way to get around the city?
A: Sydney offers efficient transportation options for exploring its vibrant energy and iconic landmarks. Sydney Ferries provide delightful journeys, especially during summer, offering scenic views of the harbour and connecting various parts of the city.
Opal cards are essential for public transport, allowing easy access to ferries, buses, trains, and light rail, with fares based on distance. Sydney's extensive train network covers the city centre and suburbs, with Central Station serving as a major hub.

A: Furama Darling Harbour is conveniently located near several theatres and entertainment venues. The hotel is within walking distance of the Sydney Lyric Theatre, Capitol Theatre, and ICC Sydney.
