What types of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences between the different categories?
A: There are 8 categories of rooms : Superior, Deluxe, Family Room, Executive Club Room, Executive Room , Executive Suite, Family Themed Room and Family 2-Bedroom Suite.
- The Superior and Deluxe rooms are differentiated by the amenities available:-A kit with Toothbrush and Toothpaste, Iron with Ironing Board and Hair Dryer are provided in each Deluxe room.
- Each Executive Room spans 60sqm. The Executive Rooms are located from the fourth to tenth floors of the hotel. The Executive Room has a separate living and resting area. The rate on the hotel website is for 2 persons. A maximum of 3 persons are allowed per room.
- The Family Room offers 90sqm of space with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a King-sized bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds).The rate on the hotel website is for 4 persons. A maximum of 5 persons are allowed per room. Rollaway beds are available at MYR 150 nett per night, per bed.
A kid's room set-up is available upon request, with an additional surcharge of MYR 100 (subject to availability) - There are 6 Family Themed Rooms (2 Castle, 2 Safari and 2 Underwater-themed rooms). Each Family Themed Room is specially furnished and decorated according to reflect its theme. Room sizes range from 50-61sqm with King and Double Stacker Beds available. All Family Themed Rooms have child amenities making it the perfect choice for children below 12 years of age..
- The Family Two Bedroom Suite is a large room (124sqm) suitable for family stays or friends travelling in small groups of four to six persons. The Suite consists of a master bedroom (with King-sized bed) and separate Twin-bedded room with large built-in wardrobes, living room, dining room and a kitchenette cum bar area equipped with microwave oven and minibar fridge. The Family 2-Bedroom Suite can comfortably accommodate two extra beds.
- Executive Club Room guests will enjoy access to the Executive Club Lounge for complimentary breakfast and evening refreshments. The rate on the hotel website is for 2 persons. A maximum of 3 persons are allowed per room. Rollaway beds are available at MYR 185 nett per night, per bed.
- The Executive Suite (60sqm) is located from the eleventh to twenty sixth floors of the hotel. Each Executive Suite has a separate living/seating area and Executive Suite guests will enjoy complimentary access to Executive Club Lounge for breakfast and evening refreshments, and turn down service. The rate on the hotel website is for 2 persons. A maximum of 3 persons are allowed per room. Rollaway beds are available at MYR 185 nett per night, per bed.
- For Executive Club or Suite room, the exclusive benefits are as follows:-
- Complimentary Daily Breakfast at the Executive Lounge from 7am to 10am daily
- Complimentary Evening Refreshments from 5pm to 7pm daily
- Complimentary local calls within Klang Valley and Selangor only (03 numbers only) - Applicable for calls made to Landlines only. Not applicable for calls made to Mobile Phone and Toll-Free numbers)

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
A: Room rates are based on per room. Prices shown on the website include 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Package Rates are based on per person.
Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
A: Yes
Can I book using my friend’s credit card to make my reservation?
A: Our payment gateway requires a One-Time Password (OTP) from the credit card holder. You may use a friend's credit card to make a reservation as long as the credit card holder chooses to share the OTP with you
Can I use Debit Card for room payment and making reservations?
A: Yes.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: If you booked through the hotel website, the terms and conditions on the booking confirmation apply. You may cancel the booking via the hotel website, unless the package booked is prepaid or non-refundable. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make the cancellation via your booking source.
Can I amend my reservation? Is there a penalty fee?
A: If you booked through the hotel website, you may amend your reservation via the website, subject to the terms & conditions specified on the booking confirmation. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make the amendments via your booking source.
How many people can stay in one room?
A: All rooms (Except the Family room) can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons with 1 extra bed in the room.
The Family room can accommodate up to 5 persons with 1 extra bed in the room.
How much is an extra bed?
A: Extra beds are chargeable at MYR 150 nett per bed per night for Superior, Deluxe and Family Rooms, and MYR 185 nett per bed per night for Executive Club and Executive Suite.
I have 2 kids, aged 6 and 14. Do I need to get an extra bed?
A: You are advised to book the Family Room.
I have a reservation under my name, can my friend check-in for me?
A: Yes. However, you (the guest) are required to inform the hotel of your friend’s name (person checking-in on your behalf) before check-in.
Can I pay for my room in different currency?
A: No. All hotel transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foreign currency will need to be converted to Malaysian Ringgit at the Front Desk in order to make the payment. Currencies accepted for exchange are Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Renminbi, Sterling Pound, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Singapore Dollar, US Dollar.
Do you offer discounts for a group booking?
A: Yes, for bookings of 8 rooms and above.
Does the internet rate include breakfast?
A: Guest have an option to choose either ‘Room only’ or ‘Room with Breakfast’.
Are the prices shown on the web before or after discount?
A: The rates shown on the hotel website are after discount. There are no hidden charges and booking fees when rates are booked via our official website.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
A: Check-in time: 1400hrs, Check-out time: 1200hrs.
Is it possible to check-in earlier? If so, what are the charges?
A: It is advisable to pre-book the room a day earlier. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Can I have a late check-out? If so, what are the charges?
A: Guaranteed late check-out at 6pm is chargeable at MYR 150 nett per room. Late check-out after 6pm will be charged at full rate.
Do you offer a room rate for short stays (day use)?
A: No advance booking is accepted. Day use room is subject to availability and rate will be advised on the arrival day by the front desk/reception.
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
A: Yes, we do have Twin-sharing rooms.
Triple-sharing rooms: With one unit of extra bed in the room.
The Family room is a Quad-sharing room.
Are King-sized beds available in the rooms?
A: Yes, King-sized beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A: Yes. However, these are available upon request and subject to availability.
What television channels are available in the rooms?
A: Local TV Channels (6), Astro Awani, BBC World News, CNA, CCTV4, NHK World-Japan, KBS World, Love Nature, Astro Ceria, Dreamworks, Showcase Movies, Celestial Movies, Astro SuperSport 2 and Astro SuperSport 3.
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
A: Yes for Deluxe-and-above room categories.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A: All rooms are non-smoking.
Are safety deposit boxes available at the hotel?
A: There are in-room safe boxes in all guest rooms.
Do you have a freezer in the room?
A: We have a minibar in the room.
Do you have interconnecting rooms?
A: Yes, available upon request and subject to availability.
Do you offer complimentary wifi?
A: Yes, all guest rooms come with complimentary WiFi.
How much is breakfast?
A: For Non-Hotel / Non-In-house guests, the buffet breakfast at Spices @ Furama is priced at MYR 45 nett (per Adult) and MYR 23 nett (per Child) (Note: The Child price is applicable for children aged between 5-12 years). A preferential rate will be accorded for our in-house guests if breakfast is not included in their room rate. Please check with our Front Office upon check-in.
Do you have rooms for disabled/wheelchair dependent persons?
A: Yes.
What is the dress code for the Executive Lounge?
A: The dress code at the Executive Lounge is “Smart Casual”
Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A: Breakfast is served at Spices @ Furama located on Level 3, from 0630hrs to 1030hrs.
How many restaurants do you have and what are they?
A: We have an all-day dining restaurant Spices @ Furama (located on level 3), serving both International and Asian cuisine. It opens daily from 0630hrs to 2230hrs.
Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?
A: Yes.
Is a special menu available for children?
A: Yes.
Do you have 24-hour room service?
A: No. Room service hours are 0700hrs-1000hrs (Breakfast), 1100hrs-1500hrs (Lunch) and 1700hrs-2200hrs (Dinner). To view the Room Service menu and place your order online, scan the QR code in your room with a mobile phone
Is there a swimming pool in the hotel? Operating hours?
A: Yes. The swimming pool is located on level 3 of the hotel. It is available for use daily from 0700hrs to 2000hrs
Is there a gym in the hotel? If so, what equipment do you have in the gym? Operating hours?
A: Yes, our hotel gym is well equipped with treadmills, an elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, upright bike, free weights, dumbbells, and equipment for Leg/Calf Press, Leg Extension/Curl, Multi Press, Multi Lat and Bicep/Tricep exercises. The gym opening hours are from 0600hrs to 2200hrs. After 2200hrs, guests who wish to use the gym needs to dial Service One to open the door.
Is laundry service provided?
A: Yes.
Do you have a pet policy?
A: No pets are allowed in the hotel.
Is durian allowed in the hotel?
A: Strictly no durians.
What is your hotel legal age to check-in?
A: 18yrs and above.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled traveller?
A: Yes, we have a room for the disabled traveller
Where can I print my boarding pass?
A: You can print your boarding pass at our Front Desk and it will be chargeable.
Is a doctor available at the hotel?
A: We do not have a doctor in the hotel, however we do have a Doctor On Call service. The doctor’s consultation fee costs MYR 300 (excluding medication).
Can I get a massage at the hotel?
A: The hotel does not offer massage service.
How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?
A: The nearest hospital is located 15 minutes away by car.
Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
A: Public Bank Berhad is located opposite the hotel.
What is the local currency?
A: Malaysian Ringgit.
At what time do the banks open?
A: Banks generally open by 10am.
Are there shops at the hotel?
A: There are no shops in the hotel premises. However, there are several convenience stores located near the hotel.
Are there any golf courses near the hotel?
A: Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club is approximately half an hour’s drive from the hotel.
Does the hotel provide complimentary newspapers for guest rooms?
A: As part of our commitment to adopting “paperless” practices and being environmentally-friendly, the hotel does not have physical copies of newspapers available. Guests are able to make use of the hotel’s WiFi and broadband internet facilities to access their preferred news portals online.>
Are meeting rooms available at the hotel?
A: Yes, there are four function rooms located on Level 27 and two small meeting rooms located on Level 25.
How long is the journey by taxi from the airport to the hotel and how much is the taxi fare?
A: The journey from KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 to the hotel takes approximately 1 hour and the estimated taxi fare is MYR 135.00.
The journey from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Subang Airport) to the hotel takes approximately 40 minutes and the estimated taxi fare is MYR 90.00.
Do you have complimentary airport transfers?
A: No, we do not.
How do I get to the hotel from the nearest MRT and LRT station?
A: The hotel is approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Hang Tuah Monorail and Hang Tuah LRT stations, and approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Imbi Monorail Station.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A: You can travel directly to the hotel from the airport by the airport taxi. Other modes of transport are by coach or by the KLIA Express train. The coach and train stops at the Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station where you will then proceed to take a taxi to the hotel.
How much parking space is available at the hotel?
A: 5 floors of covered parking space is available.
Is parking complimentary for room guests / non-room guests who dine at the Food & Beverage outlets?
A: Room guests enjoy complimentary parking while non-room guests who dine at the Food & Beverage outlets pay a flat rate of MYR 10.00.
Are there any shuttle buses to shopping areas?
A: No.
What is the best way to get around the city?
A: By taxi, e-hailing vehicles (e.g GrabCar) or train (MRT, LRT, Monorail services).
Is a child seat compulsory for use in cars in Kuala Lumpur?
A: A child seat is not compulsory, however seat belts are compulsory.
Is a babysitting service available?
A: Yes.
What facilities are available for children?
A: Children’s swimming pool, baby high chair, baby cot and a kids play corner are available. Waka Waka Kuala Lumpur children's indoor playground is located on level LG of the hotel. Availability of the facility is subject to Waka Waka Kuala Lumpur's operating hours. In-house guests enjoy a preferential admission fee of RM 10 per child

Is it safe to drink tap water in Malaysia?
A: Yes. However, it is still advisable to boil it first before drinking. Drinking water dispensers are available for guest use at the hotel room corridors on all levels
What is the weather like at different times of the year?
A: The weather in Kuala Lumpur is hot and humid. Rain can fall at almost any time throughout the year. Temperatures in Kuala Lumpur are fairly steady throughout the year, averaging between 22°C and 32°C.
What should I wear in Malaysia?
A: Thin cotton fabric, light weight material due to the humid weather. When visiting religious places of worship, it is a must to be fully clothed.
Are there any major shopping centres near the hotel? If so, where are they?
A: Yes. LaLaport BUKIT BINTANG CITY CENTRE, The Exchange TRX, Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10 and Low Yat Plaza digital mall are easily accessible via public transport or on foot.
How far is the hotel from the main shopping area?
A: It takes approximately 10 minutes by taxi to Pavilion Bukit Bintang and 20 minutes by taxi to Suria KLCC shopping centre.
Is the hotel far from public transportation hubs?
A: No. Public transport hubs namely Hang Tuah Monorail and MRT stations are within walking distance of the hotel.
Are you close to the entertainment venues?
A: A popular area, Changkat Bukit Bintang houses many trendy and upscale bars and restaurants along a single street. It is approximately a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
