Raymond Bok Chun Wei 莫俊伟

Chef Raymond is a seasoned culinary expert with two decades of experience across Asia and Southeast Asia, crafting refined Chinese cuisine in renowned establishments such as Shang Palace at Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, Crystal Jade Kitchen in Singapore, and Red Lantern at Solaire Resort in the Philippines.
With a deep focus on Cantonese flavors and wok mastery, his dishes reflect both tradition and innovation, earning him recognition for consistently delivering high-quality, authentic cuisine across the region’s top dining destinations.
Drawing on the breadth of his experience, he now brings his culinary expertise to Furama Riverfront Hotel Singapore with the launch of a brand-new Zhi Char buffet menu — offering diners an authentic yet elevated take on classic Chinese comfort food.
