Chef William Lum adds a new Signature Dish

Look forward to Chef William’s new Signature dish available on the buffet line at The Square @ Furama, Golden Roasted Duck Roll. Sink your teeth into freshly-roasted duck with crispy skin accompanied with crunchy spring onion and refreshing cucumber, wrapped in a Roti Jala skin and dipped in a special savoury sauce, a unique blend of Chinese and Malay influences. Roti Jala is a popular Malay net crepe that is soft and slightly chewy; it is made by swirling batter into a net-like pancake. The unique yet complementing flavours and textures will leave you coming back for more.
