Ku De Ta on Sundays


Sundays are all about family at Bali’s most iconic beach club: KU DE TA on Oberoi Road in Seminyak. It is always a good idea to go to KU DE TA for a swim, food and drinks but on Sundays, you can be sure of some quality time with your loved one while the little ones are entertained with kids activities hours on end. Night at the museum


This one may puzzle you. A museum? What kid enjoys going to the museum? Well, trust me, DMZ Dream Museum Zone in Legian (on the border of Seminyak), they are going to love! This museum features amazing, life-size mural paintings by Korean illusionists. You can take the craziest family photos, hopping from one dazzling scene to the other. Dinosaurs, sharks, ancient Egypt, Venice, fairytale landscapes, you won’t know what hit you!

Biku high tea


Who is up for a delightful high tea? Surely, your kids are up for some sweet treats and mom and dad will love the setting of Biku Restaurant on the Petitenget Strip in Seminyak. This restaurant is tucked in an authentic Javanese Joglo pavilion with a high soaring rooftop and antique interiors. The high tea is served beautifully and everything is absolutely delicious: the tea, the savory snacks and the sweets. For the kids, there is a special kids’ high tea with teacups, saucers and cupcakes their own size. On top of that, there is a little playing nook where they can have some fun when they are done sitting at the table. Ideal!

Waterbom in Kuta


If your kids are old enough to appreciate a water park, you can’t miss out on Waterbom, located just a 20-minute drive away from Seminyak in neighbouring Kuta. Waterbom is ranked as the best water park in Asia and #2 in the world. Waterbom has got exhilarating slides from moderately scary to massively scary (even dads will need to overcome some fear). There is also a lazy river to float on and there is a water playground for toddlers, too. Family fun is guaranteed at Waterbom Bali!

Family Spa Time


Going to the spa is a luxury everyone can afford in Bali. Such bliss! Not going to the spa means missing out on something heavenly, and you don’t want to be doing that now, do you? Thought going to the spa is something impossible without hiring a nanny? You are wrong! In fact, the kids can come along for some Balinese spa pampering. There are plenty of spas around offering family packages or Mom & Me and Dad & Me spa packages. You can make is some very special mother and daughter or father and son time. Wonderful! Frankenstein's Laboratory


Going out for dinner with the family was never as exciting, thrilling and scary than at Frankenstein’s Laboratory in Seminyak. At this Halloween-inspired bar and restaurant, you can expect close encounters with monsters and zombies and they’ll be singing, too, as if having stepped into a monster cabaret show. There will be monstrous bites, creepy cocktails and you can get ready for the most terrifying night of your lives. You and the kids are going to love it! Kids can even turn into underworld creatures themselves with some really cool face paintings (Additional charges apply). Cabaret is on 7 days a week and there are meet & greets with the zombies too.

Waka Waka

Located at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach, Seminyak, Waka Waka hits all the right notes for an enticing and engaging space for kids to simply have fun. Their underwater-themed playground recently opened, and boasts a large indoor play space of climbing structures, multiple slides and obstacle courses enough to keep any kid occupied for a good two hours or more.
