PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE AND DOWNLOADING OUR MOBILE APP
The documents, data, information and other materials (collectively the "Material(s)") contained on the Web Site (the "Site") and the Furama mobile app (the "App") are provided by Furama Hotels International ("FHI"), exclusively for non-commercial, individual use by prospective and confirmed FHI guests and/or FURAMAfirst members to inquire about or make travel reservations and related services and for no other purpose (collectively, "Authorized Users").

By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this site or any of it's services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all the terms, conditions and notices in this site ("agreement") without modification. By downloading and/or using our Furama mobile application, you also accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you are not an Authorized User, and if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use this Site and App or download any Materials from it.

FHI reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Materials, the Site and the App are offered at any time.

AGREEMENT FOR USE
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Site and App in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site and app (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage by minors of this Site and App under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Site and App is true and accurate and without limitation, or any false or fraudulent reservation. You agree that the reservations facilities of this Site and App shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the reservation facilities of this Site and App may result in your being denied access to such facilities.

For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site and App.

By responding #furamarepost to our message, you give your permission to Furama Hotels International and our related companies (together "Furama") to use the photographs, comments, and other content posted on your social media account ("Content"). Your response will indicate that you accept these terms.

Under these terms, you grant Furama a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, edit, create derivative works from your Content, and publicly display and reproduce it in any media format, including on our online platforms, royalty-free and without compensation.

You confirm the following:

• You are over the age of 18.
• Each identifiable individual depicted in a photo included in your Content has consented to the photo being shared publicly and without restriction.
• You are not aware of any restrictions that prevent you from agreeing to these terms.
• You created and own all rights in your social media content or you are authorized by the owner of those rights to license your social media content to Furama under these terms.
• Furama's use of your Content will not, to the best of your knowledge, violate any law, and will not infringe any rights of a third party.
• You will not seek to hold Furama, or any person acting on Furama's behalf, responsible for any demands by a third party related to our use of your Content.

This license is permissive - Furama may use your Content but is not obliged to. We are not required to inform you if we use it, how we use it, or if we stop using it. If Furama uses your Content, we may or may not credit your username on the social media platform on which you posted it.

You consent to Furama disclosing your identity, including your social media platform username, to a third party who makes a credible allegation that our use of your Content violates any of their rights.

Furama may change these terms at any time by sending a message to your username on the social media platform where you posted your Content.

WIRELESS RESERVATIONS
Functionality is not guaranteed with all types of mobile devices in using this Site and App. In addition, the connection to a mobile device will not work if your device is not configured for SSL encryption. You should contact your service provider directly for technical assistance or any questions. Please note that security features vary by carrier/service provider and mobile device. Additional minutes/charges may apply and may be charged by your mobile carrier/service provider.

CURRENCY CONVERSION
Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in the hotel's local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this web site is believed to be accurate, but FHI and/or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

LIMITED LICENSE TO VIEW AND COPY
The content and information displayed on this Site and App are the property of FHI and/or other parties. The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of FHI information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited. This Site is to be used by Authorized Users for personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site and App are strictly prohibited. If you are currently an Authorized User, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view and copy the Materials solely for your personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to: (a) copy, display, modify, reproduce, or otherwise transfer any of the Materials to any third party without the prior written permission of FHI; (b) interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Site and App; (c) use or attempt to use any device, software or routine which interferes with the proper functioning of the Site and App or any transactions being offered through the Site and App; (d) transmit files, data or other materials containing a computer virus, corrupted data, worms, "Trojan horses" or other instructions or design that would erase data or programming or cause the Site and App or any equipment or system to become inoperable or incapable of being used in the full manner for which it was designed; (e) deliver any communication to or through the Site which violates any local, state, federal or international law; (f) deliver any communication to or through the Site that contains defamatory, libelous, abusive or obscene material; or (g) deliver any communication to or through the Site and App that will infringe upon the rights of any third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This Site, the App and the Materials contain and reference trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of FHI and/or other parties. No license or right to or in any such trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of FHI and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon you. Reproduction or storage of materials obtained from this Site is subject to the relevant copyright act. No Materials may be reproduced, distributed, posted, displayed, uploaded, or transmitted except as expressly permitted herein. You may not remove any copyright, trademark notice or proprietary notices from the Materials; or use the Materials, this Site or the App except as permitted in this Agreement. The use of any Materials from the Site and the App on any other internet, intranet, web or other site or computer environment is prohibited. You may not utilize framing techniques to frame any FHI trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images and text). You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name, trademarks or other proprietary information.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES
All contents of this Site and the App are the copyrighted property of one of the FHI companies, or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or an FHI licensor, as applicable. All contents of this site and App are protected by international copyright laws.

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS
The Materials are confidential and proprietary information of FHI or its licensors, as applicable.

LINKED WEB SITES
This Site and App include links to other web sites. FHI provides such links solely as a convenience to you and for informational purposes only. FHI has not reviewed all of the information on these other web sites. The inclusion of these links in no way indicates FHI's endorsement, support or approval of the content, advertising, products, services, policies or other materials on or available from such web sites. Neither FHI, nor any other providers of products or services related to this Site, shall be responsible for the content of any other web sites and make no representation or warranty regarding any other web sites or the contents or materials on such web sites. If you decide to access other web sites, you do so at your own risk. Other web sites may include links to the Site and App. The inclusion of such links does not indicate the other web site's endorsement, support or approval of the content, advertising, products, services, policies or other materials on or available from the Site and App.

PRIVACY
Your use of the Site and the App are subject to the FHI Online Privacy Policy. If you would like to view the privacy practices, please review our Online Privacy Policy.

SECURITY
If you have been provided with a login and password, then any such login and password are for your personal use only. You may not reveal your login or password to anyone else or permit anyone else to use your login and password to access the Site and App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify FHI immediately in the event that the security of your login or password has been breached.

DISCLAIMER
The materials are provided "as is" without any warranty, representation, condition, undertaking or term of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further FHI does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Materials. FHI may make changes to the Materials, or the programs, policies or other information described in the Materials, at any time without notice. FHI makes no commitment to update the Materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall FHI be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including loss of profits or data, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of the use or performance of the site or the materials, or the performance or non-performance by FHI or any third party providers of products or services related to this site. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of whether the claim asserted is based on contract, negligence, or any other theory of recovery, even if FHI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
FHI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify your access or terminate your access to the Site and the Materials or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

NOTICES
All notices and other communications permitted or required by the provisions of this Agreement may be given by electronic mail, conventional mail or, if by FHI, by posting such notice on this Site. Notice is deemed given upon receipt by you if sent by electronic mail or conventional mail, or immediately upon posting to this Site.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Any claim relating to this Agreement or the Materials shall be governed by the relevant laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of FHI in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the terms and conditions of this Agreement will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and not for use in interpretation of this Agreement.

FURAMAfirst Terms & Conditions

FURAMAfirst membership is subject to the following terms & conditions:

1. Membership Fee & Levels
Signing up for FURAMAfirst is complimentary via www.furama.com or via Furama mobile app
FURAMAfirst members will receive a confirmation email when they sign up, after which they may log in to their personal account through www.furama.com or Furama mobile app via their email or social handler.
FURAMAfirst members are to provide their membership number and email for verification when required at the hotels & F&B outlets as no physical cards are issued to members.
FURAMAfirst members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Gold after 6 qualifying nights/ 3 qualifying stays or SGD 750 qualifying F&B spends accumulated within one year.
FURAMAfirst Gold members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Platinum after 30 qualifying nights/ 15 qualifying stays or SGD 1,500 qualifying F&B spends accumulated within one year.
FURAMAfirst members must accumulate qualifying nights of stays or F&B spends within a one-year period to reach the next level.
FURMAfirst accounts are not transferable. Enrolment of several persons in a single account (joint account) and multiple enrolments by a single person are not allowed.

2. Benefits: Discounted room rate for members
Room rate discount is shown upon members log in to their FURAMAfirst account.
Room bookings with member discounted rate for friends and family are limited to 3 per day & exclude other benefits.
Room booking must be made directly via the hotel website, Furama mobile app, reservations or corporate sales.

3. Benefits: Early check-in, late check-out & guaranteed reservation until 8pm for FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members
Early check-in from 10am is subject to availability.
Late check-out at 3pm is guaranteed.
Non-prepaid reservations will be guaranteed until 8pm, before the room is released.

4. Benefits: Complimentary upgrades for FURAMAfirst Platinum members
Complimentary upgrades to the next available category are limited to 3 per year for FURAMAfirst Platinum members.
Complimentary upgrades are subject to availability & must be requested in advance upon login to FURAMAfirst account with the following steps:
- Make a room booking via www.furama.com or mobile app
- Request your complimentary upgrade via our feedback form. Select "Platinum member - Upgrade Room Request" as the subject and include your room booking reference number.
- Allow 48 hours for a response to the request

5. Benefits: F&B discount
FURAMAfirst Platinum members enjoy a dine-in 15% discount at all hotel F&B outlets for qualifying spend on food items, excluding promotional items, alcoholic drinks, minibar, banquet and group bookings. Also, dining discount is only applicable up to a party of 20 pax maximum for dine-in at our F&B outlets. Do note that the dining discount can be used once by each FURAMAfirst Platinum member daily.

6. Validity Period
FURAMAfirst is a lifetime membership.
FURAMAmints are valid for two years upon issuance.

7. Issuance of FURAMAmints
Furama Hotels International Management Pte Ltd (FHI) reserves the right to update the currency rate for issuance of FURAMAmints.
FURAMAmints are issued for qualifying room rates inclusive of packages and taxes, to FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members book via Furama owned channels such as www.furama.com, Furama mobile app, reservations or sales, and stay overnight at the hotel.
FURAMAmints will only be issued to members’ own stay.
FURAMAmints are issued for qualifying dining spends to FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members who dine in our participating F&B outlets.
FURAMAmints are issued within 2 days of check out, to each corresponding invoice.
If FURAMAmints have not been issued accordingly, please contact the Membership Centre via the following steps:
- Submit your request via our feedback form. Select "FURAMAmints Enquiries" as the subject and include your room booking confirmation number or dining details (date, outlet name, and receipt number). Please retain receipts for verification.
- Allow 48 hours for a response to the request

8. Calculation of FURAMAmints: Qualifying stay/night & dining spends
A qualified stay / qualified room night refers to a stay / room night booked at eligible room rates at participating hotels. Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:
a. Complimentary rooms
b. Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents etc
c. Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and / or travel industry discounts
d. Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
e. Room rates for group booking

A qualified dining spend refers to your final dining bill at our participating F&B outlets and accumulating of FURAMAmints on the following dining details are excluded:
a. Complimentary and promotional dining vouchers or dishes and/or beverages
b. Takeaway meals
c. Banquet / Catering / Meeting services
d. Dine-in group of more than 20 pax
e. F&B dining spends that are charged back to room

9. FURAMAmints Instant Cashback
FURAMAmints can only be used to pay off for rooms booked via www.furama.com or Furama mobile app, upon login as a FURAMAfirst member.
FURAMAmints cannot be used to pay for any room booking under the corporate fares, group fares, travel agents and online travel agents.
FURAMAmints are non-refundable as points or cash if room bookings are cancelled.
FURAMAmints cannot be used to redeem as credit rebates when they are expired.

10. Rewards
FURAMAmints are strictly not exchangeable for cash.
FURAMAmints may be used to redeem rewards for items, vouchers or make a wishlist at www.furama.com/furamafirst or Furama mobile app.
Upon receiving confirmation email on reward redemption, do allow 2 - 3 weeks to process rewards request submission.
Member will bear the postage charges should the item redeemed be required to be mailed.
FURAMAmints not redeemed within the validity period of two years will be forfeited.
