The first begins with the Prosperity Salmon Lo Hei Yu Sheng, Superior Shark's Fin with Shredded Abalone and Crabmeat, Roast Sesame Chicken in Nam Yue Sauce, Steamed Live Prawns with Chinese Herbs, Braised Dried Oysters in Mushrooms with Fa Cai and Seasonal Vegetables, Steamed Sea Bass in Black Bean Sauce and Stewed Ee-Fu Noodles with Fried Fish and Mushrooms, Red Bean Cream with Lily Bulb and Glutinous Dumplings.
The premium Auspicious Menu debuts with Good Luck Abalone and Salmon Lo Hei Yu Sheng, Golden Pumpkin Soup with Shark's Fin and Seafood, Roast Duck with Superior Dang Gui Sauce, Wok-Fried Scallops with Shimeji Mushrooms and Celery with XO Sauce, Braised Oysters in Mushrooms with Fa Cai and Seasonal Vegetables, Steamed Red Garoupa with Superior Shoyu Sauce, Steamed Fragrant Rice with Chinese Sausage in Lotus Leaf and, Hashima with Ginseng and Red Dates.
