Special moments deserve special treatment. With our all-new FURAMAfirst Birthday Perks, you'll have even more reasons to celebrate at Furama. Claim your rewards under 'My Birthday Perks' one month ahead to enjoy discounts on room bookings, dining, recreation and more!

The 'My Birthday Perks' category will be available all year around, but you may only start claiming the eVouchers 30 days prior to your Date of Birth in your profile. Fret not, you'll receive an email from us to remind you when your eVouchers are ready for redemption. You'll also spot a new button 'My Birthday Perks' on our portal when the eVouchers are available.

To opt in to our new rewards programme, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to FURAMAfirst via the Furama Hotels app or FURAMAfirst website.
2. Update your Date of Birth and Country of Residence under your Profile.
   Note: Date of Birth can only be input once. To request for change of birth date due to incorrect input, please contact us here
3. Update your Subscription Preferences for more exclusive rewards and to stay in touch.
