We're excited to share that Shipley's Restaurant will be undergoing a refresh from 13 April to 19 May 2026 (subject to completion) to introduce a more contemporary look and welcoming atmosphere. During this time, breakfast service will be served at The Boiling Crab, located just off the hotel lobby, with our team on hand to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
