• Management reserves the right to change the dining venue depending on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Hotpot dining is strictly limited to the designated poolside dining area only. Guests are not allowed to bring food into the pool or outside of the designated area.
• No food or beverages are permitted in the swimming pool itself. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pool for all guests.
• Please note that the pool area remains accessible to other in-house guests and is not reserved exclusively.
• Decorations are provided as shown in the promotional images, and no changes to the setup are allowed. You may add on your own decorations upon check-in.
• Decorations options and food menu will be emailed to you for confirmation within 24 hours upon booking, and prompt confirmation is required at least 5 days before check-in.
• FURAMAfirst membership room upgrades are not applicable for bookings under the Celebration Stay & Dine package.
• There will be no refunds for any cancellations or amendments.
• Extra bed is not available for this room.
• Guest checking in must be 18 years and above.
• There are no additional booking fees.
