4 Awesome Water Parks in Pattaya

The park is perfect if you are travelling with toddlers, younger children, or teenagers, as it is divided into different sections that suit varied age groups.

The park has 10 separate entertainment zones that are all themed to famous cartoon characters like the Powerpuff Girls, Gumball, and Ben 10 which all feature on famous children’s channel Cartoon Network. The whole family can have fun at Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark Pattaya. Some of the rides for older children and adults include the exciting Surfarena which is a flow rider wave simulator that produces perfect waves for you to surf on. If you are feeling adventurous you can also try out the Omniverse which is a fast water rollercoaster that has a range of breathtaking loops and free fall areas.

For younger visitors, there is the Mega Wave which aims to mimic the open sea but without lurking hazards like jellyfish so that the whole family can swim safely. There is also a Cartoonival area which has an impressive 150 slides as well as fountains and tubes.

Some of the best areas for younger kids include a limpid lagoon which has spray toys that can be used to splash about, and this section of the park is covered to shield youngsters from the harsh sun.

Another benefit for little ones here is that the water used in the pools is not treated with chemicals but is instead filtered on site having been extracted from underground wells.

Splashdown Waterpark Pattaya:

Splashdown Waterpark Pattaya is loosely based on the TV show ‘Total Wipeout’. As such it is designed to test the athletic abilities of visitors and is a great choice if you are travelling with adults and older children. Upon arrival in the park you will be kitted out with a life jacket as well as a helmet and rubber shoes and then you can start your journey.

One of the first attractions in the park is called the Super Slider which has the claim to fame of being the largest inflatable waterslide in the world. The next challenge comes in the form of the Big Red Balls that fans of Total Wipeout will recognize. It consists of 8 red hued balls that require you to jump from one to the other. If you fall into the pool below, the staff with help you get back on your feet. The rest of the challenges include attractions like the Zorb Race and the Square Runner where you jump across big inflatable cubes.

The park is a lot of fun if you are feeling adventurous, although if you are travelling with younger children then parks such as Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark might be a better choice.

Pattaya Park:

Pattaya Park is famous for its iconic tower that rises to a height of 240 meters and also operates as a jumping tower. This landmark in the park is also the home of three restaurants and you will get panoramic views all over beautiful Pattaya.

The park is actually separated into two areas including a water park and a wider amusement park section. It is well-loved by families as you can also use the beach area that the park sits on and lounge on the beach chairs here as you take in the views. Inside the water park you will find a long water slide that also has a whirlpool where you can spin around safely in the waves.

In the other section of the park you will find some rollercoasters as well as a monorail and carousels which young children are sure to enjoy. For older children and adults, you can challenge your head for heights at Tower Shot where you jump from the viewing platform above the park.

Compared to other parks in Pattaya such as Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark you won’t find huge range of different attractions here but it is still a solid choice if you want a mellow afternoon on the beach with some activities close by for younger travelers.
