As the world gradually recovers from the worldwide crisis of COVID-19, we are proud to share that FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak has not only emerged cleaner, but stronger than it was before.  To address concerns brought about by the global pandemic, FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak has adopted a multi-pronged approach to elevate its cleanliness and safety standards. Many strict precautionary measures have been implemented to provide a safe environment for both our staff and guests.

Precautionary measures include:

All guests, employees, contractors and suppliers will have to check in and out of the hotel premises for contact tracing purposes. Temperature checks are mandatory as well for everyone. A thorough disinfection and sanitisation of public areas, guests rooms and equipment with high touch points. Ensuring that social distancing of at least one metre is in place at all public areas.

Provision of hand sanitisers around the public area.

Enhanced cleanliness procedures include:

Hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner will be applied to all touch points in public areas, including railings and elevator buttons.

Exploring Improved Cleanliness of Food and Beverage Services:

Encouraging takeaways and delivery services. New business channels including pre-packed meals. Culinary team will be using mouth-guards.

Frequent change of serving gears.

Exploring Improved Cleanliness of Spa:

A pre-arrival email for confirmed spa reservations will be sent to guests. This will contain all information on spa policy on hygiene and sanitation procedures throughout the spa, as well as an Advanced Consultation Card form, which guest has to send back seven days prior to their arrival. Guests having symptoms of cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat, headache within the last 14 days will have to reschedule their appointment. Use of air purifier to all spa areas, and use of UV sterilizer machine to disinfect small items overnight.

Spa attendants must wear proper personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks when removing dirty linen and items. All guests are required to shower before and after treatments. 30 minutes gap in between each service to allow for treatment room cleaning and sanitation which includes wiping down all bottles, jewellery box, head rest and treatment tables as well as other products used after each treatment.

All linen in the treatment room, such as: bed skirts, duvets, pillows, runners, table warmers and mattress pads, will be washed after each treatment. Treatment rooms will be used in rotation to avoid using the same room consecutively, allowing treatment rooms to ventilate.
