To address concerns brought about by the global pandemic, Furama Bukit Bintang has adopted a multi-pronged approach to elevate its cleanliness and safety standards. Many strict precautionary measures have been implemented to provide a safe environment for both our staff and guests.

Here's some of the many measures we've implemented to keep you safe:

Precautionary measures: Public area and guest rooms • All guests, employees, contractors and suppliers will have to check in and out of the hotel premises for contact tracing purposes. Temperature checks are mandatory as well for everyone. • Thorough and frequent disinfection and sanitisation of public areas, guests rooms and equipment with high touch points. • Ensuring that social distancing of at least one metre is in place at all public areas. • Provision of hand sanitisers around the public area. • Usage of hospital grade chemical by Diversey, a world leader in sustainable healthcare cleaning and disinfection solutions for almost a century. Meetings and events • All events will have seats arranged 1-metre apart. • Event venues will be sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectants before and after an event. • Washrooms will be sanitised frequently. • Participants for all events are required to fill in a health declaration form and to sign in and out. Food and beverage • Encouraging takeaways and embarking on delivery services. • New business channels including pre-packed meals. • Frequent change of serving gears. • The use of technology for cashless payment for our services.
