Housekeeping Services
Room cleaning is available upon request. Please place the ‘Housekeeping Please’ door hanger before 12pm if you would like your room cleaned on the same day.
Towels on the rack indicate ‘I’ll use it again'
Housekeeping services will be provided on the 4th and 7th days of your stay, regardless of the door hanger.
In case of an emergency, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room.
No Smoking/No Vaping Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the rooms and hotel premises.
Penalties for smoking/vaping:
If found, a room cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
Triggering the fire alarm will result in a $2,000 fine.

Laundry and dry cleaning services are not available on Public Holidays.
Guests have access to card-operated washing machines located on Level 3, 24 hours daily, with a fee of $5 for washing and $5 for drying. For laundry powder ($3), please contact Reception.

TV and Chromecast instructions are available in your room for your convenience and entertainment.
