What types of villas are available in the resort and what are the differences between the different categories?
A: There are two types of villas: Deluxe Pool Villa which is one bedroom and Royal Pool Villa which houses 2 one bedroom villas in a compound.
Are your rates per villa or per person?
A: Deluxe Pool Villa rates based on 2 persons and Royal Pool Villa based on 4 persons. Prices shown on the website include taxes and service charge.
Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
A: Yes, all online bookings require a guarantee.
Can I book using my friends’ credit card to make my reservations?
A: Yes, we will require your friend to fill up a 3rd party authorisation form to allow resort to process the charge.
Can I use Debit Card for room payment and making reservations?
A: No, the resort only accepts cash and major credit cards.
How do I cancel my resort reservation without a charge?
A: If you booked through the resort website, the terms and conditions on the booking confirmation apply. You may cancel the booking via the resort website, unless the package booked is prepaid or non-refundable. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make your cancellation via your booking source.
Can I amend my reservations? Is there any penalty fee?
A: If you booked through the resort website, you may amend your reservation via the website, subjected to the terms & conditions specified on the booking confirmation. For bookings made via other channels, kindly make your amendments via your booking source.
How many people can stay in one room?
A: Deluxe Pool Villas allow a maximum of 3 adults. Royal Pool Villas allow a maximum of 4 adults.
How much is the extra bed?
A: Extra bed is charged at IDR650,000 nett, inclusive of breakfast.
I have 2 kids, aged 6 and 14. Do I need to get an extra bed?
A: Child 11yrs and below stays free with existing bedding. Extra bed for child 12yrs and above are charged the same rate as an adult.
I have a reservation under my name, can my friend check-in for me?
A: Yes, however guest is required to inform resort of the friend’s name before check-in.
Can I pay my room in different currency?
A: No, resort transactions are all in Indonesian Rupiah.
Do you offer discounts for a group booking?
A: Discount for group booking is available. Please contact our sales team for further information.
Does the internet rate include breakfast?
A: No, unless it is on promotion.
Are the prices shown on the web before or after discount?
A: The rates shown on the resort website are after discount. There are no hidden charges and booking fees when rates are booked via our official website.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the resort?
A: Check-in time 1400hr, check-out time 1200hr.
Is it possible to check-in earlier? Is so, what are the charges?
A: Early check-in after 6 am is subject to availability at 50% of 1 night charge.
Can I have a late check-out? Is so, what are the charges?
A: For check-out by 6pm, rates are charged at half day, for check-out from 6pm, full day rates apply.
Do you offer a room rate for short stays (day use)?
A: Day use is available at 50% of one night charge for maximum of 6 hours.
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple villas?
A: Twin villas (2 bedroom) are available at Furama Villas & Spa Ubud.
Are King size beds available in the rooms?
A: King size beds are available in the villas.

A: Breakfast is complimentary for children under 5. Breakfast is chargable for children between 5 and 11 at IDR 104,000 nett.

A: The resort is one hour drive from Denpasar/Ngurah Rai Airport. It cost approximately IDR 425,000 per way.

A: It is not recommended to drink tap water in Bali.

Do I need to make advance booking for Spa treatments?
A: It is recommended to make an advance booking for Spa treatments at Spa Furama.

Can I have the Spa treatment done in my villa?
A: Spa treatment could be done in the villa based on request.
Do I have to book your villas to enjoy the Spa?
A: Outside guests are welcome to enjoy treatments at Spa Furama.

A: Yes, your wedding can be arranged in the villas, poolside, restaurant or Bistro.
How many people can your facility accommodate?
A: The resort can host a maximum of 40 persons for a function.
