Roshdi recounts how guests remind him of his age and shares how he can’t seem to stay away from his adopted family.

“Sometimes, you don’t even realise it until you meet a customer from 10 years ago. A decade ago, he may have been a bachelor and now, he’s got kids and gosh, he has aged! Then, he will look at me and say: you have changed! – What we see of people, are also what they see of us. Age really catches up without you realising.”

“You ask me to stay at home. I cannot.”

“Why? Because I have got a family here (*as he glances across the lobby and winks*).”
