“I am short-tempered, I used to get angry first before solving the problem. But I’ve learnt, in the event that a problem does crop up, we need to rectify the problem and pacify the guests first. We will find out what went wrong after everything has ended.”

“I gave up a week’s salary of my first job in Singapore because it was meaningless. My previous job was robotic and boring. Frankly speaking, Banquet operations is tiring, but to me, this hotel is my home. I spent most of my time here and really feel comfortable and enjoy working here.”
