Alex talks about filial piety and what family means to him.

“The older part-timers have a wealth of information. They may not be as fast as the younger ones, but they are much more experienced in taking note of the details and providing good service to our guests. Some of the part-timer aunties are really nice to me, they are my second mummies here in Furama.”

“I have my family back in Malaysia, and here at Furama, I have a family too.”
