FURAMAfirst membership is subject to the following terms & conditions:

    1. Membership Fee & Levels
      • Signing up for FURAMAfirst is complimentary via www.furama.com
      • FURAMAfirst members will receive a confirmation email when they sign up, after which they may log in to personal account on the Online Membership Centre via their membership number and email
      • FURAMAfirst members are to provide their membership number and email for verification when required at the hotels as no physical cards are issued to members
      • FURAMAfirst members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Gold after 6 qualifying nights or 3 qualifying stays accumulated within one year
      • FURAMAfirst Gold members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Platinum after 30 qualifying nights or 15 qualifying stays accumulated within one year
      • FURAMAfirst members must accumulate qualifying nights of stays within a one-year period to reach the next level
    2. Benefits: Discounted room rate for members
      • Room rate discount is shown upon members log in to the Online Membership Centre
      • Room bookings with member discounted rate for friends and family are limited to 3 per day & exclude other benefits
      • Room booking must be made directly via hotel website, reservations or corporate sales
    3. Benefits: Early check-in, late check-out & guaranteed reservation until… for FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members
      • Early check-in from 10am is subject to availability
      • Late check-out at 3pm is guaranteed
      • Reservations will be guaranteed until 8pm, before the room is released
    4. Benefits: Complimentary upgrades for FURAMAfirst Platinum members
      • Complimentary upgrades to the next available category are limited to 3 per year for FURAMAfirst Platinum members
      • Complimentary upgrades are subject to availability & must be requested in advance via the Membership Centre with the following steps:
        1. Make a room booking via www.furama.com
        2. Send confirmation of room booking with reference number to furamafirst@furama.com with Subject Title: FURAMAfirst Platinum Request For Upgrade
        3. Allow 48 hours for a response to the request
    5. Benefits: F&B discount
      • Members enjoy a dine-in 15% discount at all hotel F&B outlets on food items, excluding promotional items, alcoholic drinks, minibar and room service
    6. Validity Period
      • FURAMAfirst is a lifetime membership
      • FURAMAmints are valid for two years upon issuance
    7. Issuance of FURAMAmints
      • Furama Hotels International Management Pte Ltd (FHI) reserves the right to update the currency rate for issuance of FURAMAmints earned with every qualifying night or stay
      • FURAMAmints are issued for qualifying room rates inclusive of packages and taxes, to FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members book via Furama owned channels such as www.furama.com, reservations or sales, and stay overnight at the hotel
      • FURAMAmints are issued to individual members with corresponding membership numbers, who book directly, register and stay overnight at the hotel
      • FURAMAmints are issued within 2 days of check out, to each corresponding invoice
      • If FURAMAmints have not been issued accordingly, please contact the Membership Centre via the following steps
        1. Send confirmation of room booking to furamafirst@furama.com with the Subject Title: FURAMAmints Request for Addition
        2. Allow 48 hours for a response to the request
    8. Transfer of FURAMAmints
      • FURAMAmintscan be transferred to new or existing members, subject to an admin fee which will be deducted upon successful transfer
      • To request for transfer of FURAMAmints, please contact the Membership Centre via the following steps
        1. Send confirmation of room booking to furamafirst@furama.com with the Subject Title: FURAMAmints Request for Transfer
        2. Provide membership details of sender and recipient
        3. Allow 48 hours for a response to the request
    9. Rewards
      • FURAMAmints are strictly not exchangeable for cash
      • FURAMAmints  may be used to redeem rewards for items, vouchers or make a wishlist at the Online Membership Centre
      • Allow 2 – 4 weeks to process rewards request submission
      • FURAMAmints not redeemed within validity period  of two years will be forfeited
