Chef Alvin is one of the most humble and respectable chefs in the industry today despite winning multiple awards, including the top 5 HAPA Best Executive Chef in Singapore. His strong leadership, leveraging on the importance of teamwork, allows him to head his team for competition, bagging gold and silver medals.

He brings over his conspicuous passion for cooking, together with close to 30 years of culinary expertise, to Furama City Centre.

Chef Alvin came from humble beginnings and credits his success to building respect on team dynamics, as well as receiving feedback from customers.

He specializes in Asian and Western fusion dishes.

With a flair for exquisite design, Chef Simon is a self-directed pastry professional. He discovered his passion for the science of baking and the art of designing. He unites these qualities and has been surprising guests with his culinary creativity for over two decades.

Chef Simon often ventures out of Singapore, exploring other Asian countries in search of inspiration to enhance his pastry skills. The fervent learner constantly upgrades himself with professional courses to expand his knowledge.

Chinese Head Chef - Shee Wee Shyong

Chef Wee Shyong made his culinary debut with a Chinese restaurant some 30 years ago and has since moved away from a traditional approach towards an innovative style of cooking.

Specialising in Chinese Cuisine, Chef Wee Shyong stresses on the importance of using fresh ingredients in every dish and delighting guests with his gastronomic specialties.
