Conduct survey on daily occupancy statistics of other hotels.
Ensure sufficient manpower on his/her shift and the following shift for operations.
Conduct daily briefing and ensure information are properly communicated to subordinates and peers.
Supervise and execute the required emergency procedures in the event of fire, power failure and other emergency situations.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality & Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good command in written and spoken English.
Positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and excellent grooming standards.
Knowledge in PEGASUS system will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of food safety and quality requirements are essential.
Must be willing to work on shifts.
