Furama City Centre is centrally located in vibrant Chinatown and at the fringe of the Central Business District (CBD).
- To provide administrative support and assistance within the frame work of the F&B Department
- Ordering Purchasing Requisition for the entire F&B Department
- Updating and maintaining of guests' database based on inputs and updates
- Facilitate the communication process on all F&B matters to various departments concerned
- To respond to mail inquiries through all reservation channels
- Responsible in all administrative works, filing and follow ups in reference with other departments in contact including menu printing
- Carry out any assignments as and when required by the Management
- Other duties as assigned by the Section Heads from F&B, Catering Sales and Kitchen.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
- Prior relevant working experience in the F&B, Sales or Hospitality/Tourism industry would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Perform tasks independently or with minimum supervision
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken/written)
