- Responsible for the efficient operation of his section in the preparation of food includes organizing, leading and controlling of activities in his section.
- Checks the attendance of his section and ensures that they are appropriately attired at their work stations.
- Checks and ensures that all kitchen equipments in his section are functional, clean and in good working operational condition.
- Prepares, arranges and serves all food by using the standard recipes, presentation instructions and according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.
- Does mise-en-place, preparations, cutting of meats, cooking and arranging of food as instructed.
- GCE 'O' Level certification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Possess good F&B product knowledge
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
